My son was diagnosed with ADHD and I didn’t know anything about it except for the general stereotypes. As you might imagine, I was fearful and worried. But I knew a lot of that fear came from misconceptions. This book helped so much. If you or someone you know has ADHD, I cannot recommend this
Last year I started memorizing poetry. Why? Obviously because I want to impress people. Ok, well, no––mainly because I want to keep my brain healthy. I heard a neuroscientist say the best way to do that is to keep learning new things. Why not learn and memorize some of the greatest formed sentences? This one
